Good Vibes Bikes is an authorized dealer and service center for many of the brands we sell, including Aventon, Velotric, AIMA, Specialized, Marin, Cannondale, Heybike, Lectric, and Urtopia.

Bikes purchased from us and covered by the manufacturer's warranty receive warranty diagnosis and repair according to the manufacturer's coverage.

Bring it in. We service many brands and models, including e-bikes purchased online.

We can perform mechanical repairs and maintenance on most e-bikes. Electrical repairs on some brands may be limited by parts availability, proprietary systems, or manufacturer support. We reserve the right to decline repairs we cannot safely or properly perform.

Please bring your charger, battery key, and proof of purchase if the bike may be covered under warranty.
